It is good to see that both companies were gone after > both the UK company Betfred, and their offshore structure Petfre (Gibraltar) Limited.
And again, what did this gambling company say for not paying out his winnings? They said: sorry, there was a “Computer Glitch”. The same old trick using the wording “computer glitch”?
We would like to draw your attention to that the UK Gambling Commission has NOT published this important news story, nor has covered it even by a mention.
A message to Betfred: Get ready for new Court cases that will be open the very next week. This will be another loud slap to Betfred’s reputation.

What exactly is the purpose of the Gambling Commission? I have always imagined their job is mainly one of regulation- That is making sure bookmakers behave in an appropriate and fair manner. It seems more likely that their job is to regulate punters. Anyone who reports bookmaker behaviour as unscrupulous or unfair is immediately red flagged as a problem gambler. This has not happened to me btw but I read story after story where the Gambling Commission simply ignores the complaint or issue put forward and merely suggests the sender seek help for their problem. I do understand that on occasions the complaint will be from angry punters, or more seriously gamblers who actually do have a problem, but to just ignore the issue entirely has to be wrong? I am an outsider looking in here so could be miles off target but the purpose of the Gambling Commission appears misleading to me.
I congratulate the chap who had the courage to take Betfred to court. Not just because he won but because I suspect he cheated the cheats. Should be turned into a feature film.
If you read the reviews of Betfred at places like trustpilot it becomes quickly obvious that anyone who wins 50p at their casino has had a result. (RUN)
Mr Greene supposedly won 1.7 million at a game of blackjack run by a company called playtech on Betfred s platform. Now if Mr Greene had won £1.70 it may have caused one or two raised eyebrows at Betfred. However he did something both playtech and Betfred KNEW was impossible. He won 1.7 million pounds on a severely rigged game. Every online casino, every online casino player and especially Mr green knew there was some kind of malfunction. This got so far down the line (Mr Greene withdrew his winnings) because Betfred staff were blissfully unaware until someone with a brain actually told them. This would NOT have happened at William hill, Ladbrokes or any of the other better run online casinos. They would have spotted irregular patterns and rapidly stuck up the planned maintenance now sign. Mr Greens progress would come to an instant halt. But Betfred just sat there totally clueless.
