Dear reader, we and our barristers helped Lukasz to start a court case against Starling Bank, on £7657 that were blocked in his Starling account for more than 2 months. Some time after the Court case was open, Lukasz discovered that his money is disappearing from his blocked Starling account. Lukasz and our team made an immediate call to Starling bank. We managed to get a manager on the phone after applying light pressure on a telephone support person. During this call, the manager understood that their attempt to hide evidence (account information and balance) has failed as Lukasz had screenshots and also had full correspondence between him and Starling Bank. The manager called an extra meeting, after that Starling Bank decided to pay out the stolen £7657 to Lukasz, and, yes – the same day. And after few weeks Lukasz received a bank cheque. People, be careful with Starling Bank!

Here are few screenshots of the account balance showing £0.00:

Here is a proof of a telephone conversation (trimmed to save your time):

A note: both the 1st telephone support person and the manager were informed that the conversation is being recorded.
